I fell in love with the outdoors at a young age and I haven’t stopped enjoying it since! I love exploring wild places, seeing incredible sites and learning as much as I can about them, which is why in 2008 I embarked on a new career in the outdoor industry to become a professional canoe coach and bushcraft instructor.

In 2022 Avon Outdoors became a Social Enterprise.

Our Aim: We aspire to enable young people to develop coping mechanisms, build self-resilience, trust and confidence in a safe and relaxed environment while gaining practical experience leading activities.  Our aim is to provide the skills needed to be more self-sufficient.
